When can I pick up my order?

After placing your order, we make sure you can collect your canelés from 9am in our store.

Do you deliver my order?

Depending on your location, we will show at checkout whether delivery is available and what options there are. Pick-up in our shop is always possible.

How long do canelés stay fresh?

They are best consumed on the day of collection. You can keep them for 1–2 days in a well-sealed box at room temperature. Warm them up for 10' on 180°C to provide extra crunch.

Can I choose flavours or are the boxes mixed?

Yes, we offer two options. You can either choose our curated selection, or pick the flavours yourself and compose your own custom box.

Do your canelés contain allergens?

Yes. Our canelés generally contain gluten egg, lactose and may contain (traces of) nuts .

Can I order last-minute?

You can order until midnight the day before your selected pickup date. For same-day requests, feel free to stop by the shop or call us to see what’s still possible.

Can I place a larger order for events or businesses?

Certainly. For larger volumes, custom assortment, or on-location delivery please fill out the form in our B2B section.

How does the gift card work?

You buy the gift card online and receive it digitally. The recipient can use the gifted amount at the checkout in the webshop.
